Experienced executive with over 20 years in public & private high-growth technology companies. For the past 10 years, I've developed a strong track record for building, financing, and growing technology startups through the early stage to successful exit. As a founder / senior executive in two major enterprise startups (telecom & cloud computing) that have resulted in 9-figure successes for our investors, I understand the importance of talented people within an organization and how a great senior team can drive a successful outcome through strong execution. During this time, I've raised or helped raise over $100M in equity and debt financing and served a key supporting role in a $300M Goldman Sachs led startup exit. I've always been a creative thinker with a passion for disrupting incumbent business models or the status quo. I've got a knack for simplifying process, strategic planning, and efficiency, while focusing maniacally on customer experience and striving for flawless execution. What I've learned over the years is that a startup's secret to success is -- "the right people, at the right time, in the right roles" -- and that actively navigating through this dynamic people equation, particularly in the early stage, is vitally important.
