Binoj Vasu has 27 years of experience across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Talent Creation and Business Development domains. He is Group President & Chief Learning Officer at YES BANK. Over two stints covering 10 years at YES BANK (separated by his own entrepreneurial venture) he has set up, strategized and scaled the Learning & Development (YES School of Banking), Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, Talent Engagement, Talent Pipeline Creation (YES Talent Academy), Employer Branding & Campus Talent Acquisition (YES University & School Relationship Management) functions of the Bank. Prior to this, he was the Founder & CEO of Kuotient, a start-up EdTech platform focused on ‘Career Mentoring & Young Talent Development’. During his entrepreneurial tenure, he was also associated as a corporate learning consultant with two academic entities (ISDI and ISME) for a year, focusing on future-ready skills for students and young executives. Earlier, he has been the Head of Training for TATA AIG General Insurance Co.
