Since 2004, I have been working in the support of academic applications and instructional technology for use in higher education, providing design, development and coordinated management of academic services on university wide, enterprise system level. I work closely with the University Registrar and IT Leadership to ensure service policies are well defined and maintained, and coordinate with multiple central and local support groups to ensure a high level of consistent and continual support of critical services on an university wide scale. I hold a Master of Arts degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in Instructional Technology & Media, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College, Columbia University. I am interested in actively shaping the faculty and student experience in Higher Education through unique applications of existing and emerging technologies
