I am a fast learner, I have leadership qualities although I prefer to work alongside my coworkers rather than delegate eveything and do just administrative work. I have nearly perfect attendance habits, and take my job seriously. I want to aspire others to be all they can be, especially when teaching. I am patient and love to see others learn a new skill or gain knowledge - both on the job and in the classroom. I can work independently, with only minimal direction as needed. I want to know how things work, and how I might be able to improve them--both mechanical things and ideas. I love to work with people and consider myself friendly and helpful. I want to work for a long time still, so I am looking for someplace I can still grow and contribute too.
