Senior investment management and securities attorney with 20 years of experience with respect to investment funds (mutual funds, ETFs, private/hedge funds, CITs, closed-end funds and commodity pools) and their investments (including derivatives and related documentation), registered and private fund investment advisers, fund service providers and private and public companies. Handle complex regulatory issues, including those arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Commodity Exchange Act and Dodd-Frank Act.
