The Williams Companies Inc. is an American energy company which process and transports natural gas, petroleum and electricity generation assets.

Greg was born in King Williams Town, in the Eastern Cape in 1972. He attended Dale College Boys High School, and then went on to obtain a B.Proc degree from the University of South Africa. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1997. In 2011 he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Dispute Settlement from the University of Stellenbosch. He is also an internationally accredited mediator. He began his professional career at a small firm in King Williams Town, in 1991 (He completed his articles of clerkship whilst simultaneously completing his degree). He practiced law in King until mid 1997, at which time he left for England. He spent the best part of the next 4 years in the United Kingdom, living and working in both London and Edinburgh, where he was employed as an International Lawyer and Project Manager. In 2003, after returning to South Africa he started a company specializing in mediation, dispute resolution and the facilitation of training programs that enable productive collaborative relationships, particularly in a cross cultural environment. His passion is mediating and the facilitation of conflict resolution, dispute settlement and team effectiveness processes.
