Exit through sale to Swiss bank consortium. • Developed, launched, and secured the first clients for S&P Platt's Global Alert, the world's #1 price information service for the oil markets worldwide. • Led the team for first-in-market for: Mobile photography – 1 year lead on competitors; Downloadable games: Kelly Slater Surfing and Tony Hawk Skateboarding; Find Friends app. Reversed negative attrition trend that threatened AT&T Wireless sale to Cingular via over 100 parallel omnichannel campaigns. Managed call center resources to support proactive renewals. • Turnaround core team member for Quotron acquisition by Reuters. As a Citibank division, Quotron lost $175 million in the previous year. But, per our plan, the restructured unit earned a monthly profit of $10 million in its 24th month. Responsible for sales, installation, and marketing.
