Deanne has worked for more than 20 years' in the engineering and infrastructure industries with both public and private sectors organisations. Across her career Deanne has filled a number of executive roles, most recently with optaMAX providing strategic advise to clients in the property and water industries. Prior to that Deanne was with Water Corporation as the General Manager of the Digital Transformation and General Manager of the Asset Planning Group. In these roles Deanne has been responsible for business strategy and planning, asset planning and investment, risk management, operational policy development, information technology and operational technology management and asset planning and delivery across the full range of asset life cycle elements, from concept development to construction, operation and maintenance, and asset ownership. Deanne holds an MBA from the University of New England, is a Graduate Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors, is an Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional, is a Green Star Accredited Professional (Communities), has completed the University of Oxford’s Entrepreneurship Venture Finance Programme and the University of Cambridge Sustainability Essentials for Business Programme. Deanne is passionate about delivering long-term sustainable outcomes through innovation, adaptability, flexibility, to build strong, connected and prosperous communities.
