I am married to Betty Lugger, a paralegal at Fossil and we have two sons and a daughter. Among other professional involvement, I am an active member in Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, For The Love of the Lake, Dallas Arboretum, Dallas Jesuit Alumni Board, and Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Specialties: My legal practice includes negotiating construction contracts, minimizing risk in construction industry operations and mediating, arbitrating and litigating construction disputes. This includes advising clients related to risk assessment and management.
