To date I have been trained as a chemical engineer with a concentration in molecular biology. My skill set as a molecular virologist and foray into signal transduction networks make me an ideal candidate for roles in mechanistic analysis of complex biologic phenomena. I have extensive experience in molecular analysis of virus host cell interactions as well as growth factor mediated signaling. My ability to self-motivate and work independently in academia has given me the focus to challenge myself outside of basic research.
