Proven expertise in a) develop and implement operational and business strategies (technical, clinical, IT/Informatics) to discover, develop and commercialize diagnostic tests pursuant to CLSI- and FDA-guidelines, b) set-up and manage global (US, Canada, Europe) diagnostic/clinical laboratories (CLIA-/CAP-/GLP-/cGMP-compliant), c) implement enterprise-level HIPAA/HITECH-compliant informatics/IT systems including Physician and Patient-portal, global e-commerce CRM, finance, and billing systems, d) launch and manage clinical trials (including registries) to establish clinical validity and clinical utility of diagnostic tests, and e) develop and implement regulatory- and compliance-related policies and procedures to make organization-wide practices compliant with applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations.
