Vibra Healthcare, LLC is a hospital provider based in Mechanicsburg, PA that is focused on the development, acquisition and operation of freestanding specialty acute care hospitals, medical rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient physical rehabilitation centers. Growing up in a small town in a minimal income family, I knew from an early age that if I wanted something I would have to work hard for it. I got my first job at 13 and never looked back. Although I knew I wanted to go to college I made the life changing decision to join the military. A great experience there served to remind me that I should never accept the status quo but instead be proactive in pursuing my dreams and goals. That meant getting my degree, moving to a big city, and working for a major corporation. From there it was a matter of learning from all my managers, honing my skills, and advancing my career. I landed in healthcare and progressed quickly to become a senior executive for a multi-billion-dollar company. Today I leverage those early learnings and experiences as a forward-thinking finance leader. I design and implement high yield solutions that deliver on aggressive top and bottom-line targets. I am adept at addressing varied operational issues with creative solutions, and skilled in building and leading high performing teams. By blending deep industry and subject matter knowledge, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking with creativity, drive, and a bias for action I deliver results in key areas. Financial Transformation – Created centralized revenue cycle process for 100-plus hospital system. Created annual budget process that expanded from six hospitals to 30. Cost Containment – Saved double digit staff reduction in centralized business office by re-negotiating vendor contracts, implementing new clearinghouse and injecting automation. Talent and Professional Development – Sourced and hired top talent while building large teams. Hired, mentored and promoted many, including a Supervisor to Vice President and a Biller to Senior Director. Acquisition Integration – Consolidated financial operations of multi-million-dollar international acquisition including financial systems enabling acquisition to close three months ahead of schedule. Policies and Procedures – Created finance policies and procedures implemented across each acquired hospital as company went through rapid grow to become multi-billion-dollar company.
