Vendavo is the leading provider of price management software to global chemical, manufacturing, high-tech, and distribution corporations. Vendavo's customers significantly increase their net margins by empowering their executives and sales teams to make every transaction more profitable. These companies have deployed Vendavo to solve a broad range of complex pricing challenges that include analyzing prices and margins, negotiating deals, setting prices and terms, managing price lists, and communicating prices across the organization.

I have been incredibly fortunate in my career to work with talented and motivated teams, solving big problems for clients and in turn creating shareholder value and personal growth for the individuals I work with. I have been able to do this both in the US and for 12 years in Europe; with exceptional people in the UK, France, Germany, Austria and Spain. I am an experienced general manager who likes to drive significant growth: by challenging the status quo, by truly understanding the market and laying out a long term vision of opportunity and direction, and then creating strong plans with my leadership teams on how to get there. I have had the good fortune to be able to do that successfully many times in the last 20 years. We created ambitious goals, had fun, held each other accountable, we won together. Creating the right culture is incredibly important. I love sales and 'grew up' on the sales side of the house. You can solve many problems with a sale. The keys to strong customer relationships are integrity and accountability. Real relationships are long term and holding to those two principles generates trust. I enjoy hard challenges, and tackling something new. I have led teams in new market entry; globally by entering new countries and creating organizations from the ground up. Domestically by creating new solutions and taking them to market. I love working with clients as well as product and development teams getting the solution right . I believe in both organic growth and inorganic growth, and have managed acquisitions and integration of companies in many global locations. In my experience after a long term vision is established: execution happens when clarity, focus and alignment exists across the entire organization. It's what I spend most of my time on !
