The AFSA is a non-profit organization that seeks to represent the interests of students.

I practice in business law, intellectual property law and information technology and communications law, with a clientele composed mainly of small and medium-sized Québec and European technology firms.At the beginning of my practice, I worked in Europe with a group of lawyers specialized in business law, based in Brussels and Paris, and I was responsible for a project in Warsaw for a company held by French and Canadian shareholders.As a lawyer and a trademark agent, I am involved in business start-up and reorganization. I also developed expertise in technology transfer and new information technologies for businesses active in the fields of electronic commerce, multimedia and software.I currently sit on the boards of directors SAJE Accompagnateurs d'Entrepreneur as VP of the Board. I also assist various entrepreneurs on their advisory committee. Since 2004, I have been a lecturer at Université de Montréal, faculty of law. I teach technology transfer contracts in the master of laws program. Since 2008, I have also been a lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke, faculty of Administration, where I teach communication marketing legal aspects in its master program.I have been a guest speaker at several conferences and has participated in many workshops in Québec and Europe in my fields of expertise.Spécialisations : Business law, intellectual property law and information technology and communications law, with a clientele composed mainly of small and medium-sized Québec and European technology firms.
