I am a Solution Architect and Project Manager with most of my experience in software development, business process improvement and disaster recovery. Most recently, I worked at PTC as a project manager and business development lead where I managed strategic partnerships with clients, developed new business, and managed small to large projects and programs. Prior to that, I worked as an application architect where I transformed business processes by designing solutions that relieved business pain points and/or met business objectives. I find that wherever I have worked, I bring three key strengths to the table: I am extremely devoted to customer success, I am action-oriented, and I lead my teams by example.
