Mark has served as EVP & CFO for mid-cap and S&P 500 REIT's, high-growth NYSE diversified holding companies, and managing director of a leading private equity firms. His global experience includes commercial real estate, REIT's, manufacturing, healthcare, senior housing, technology, aerospace, telecom, wireless towers, data centers, fiber networks, private equity, and an international public accounting firm. Mark has successfully structured and integrated over $25 billion of acquisitions, and completed $30 billion of capital market transactions including IPO's, re-IPO's, Spin-Off's, Carve-outs, high-yield, and investment grade debt offerings. As CFO he has developed long standing relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and equity partners. He is an expert on complex financial reporting issues for SEC registrants, global tax and treasury matters, organizational change management, SOX, corporate governance, ERP systems (SAP, MRI, Yardi, and Oracle) and other technology solutions. Mark is a CPA and is active in industry & professional events for both publicly traded and private equity sponsored companies. As CFO he has served on industry Financial Best Practices Committees, a task force on IFRS, presented at SAP's Sapphire technology Conference, led NAREIT's CFO conferences, and is a frequent speaker and discussion leader at industry and financial conferences.
