From 2003-2007, Aaron worked with the local United Way in Newark New Jersey, where played leading roles on the Resource Development Team and the Community Impact Team.In his current role, Aaron provides leadership on cross-cutting initiatives spanning multiple regions and to select country-specific initiatives critical to the success of United Way Worldwide's International Network. He is also responsible for business planning & performance as well as the collection & analysis of network data.
