With 20+ years in the post-secondary and non-profit sector, Nora has led and managed two professional certification programs in Alberta, both through considerable periods of growth and change. She has a track record of success in strategic planning and execution, program development, change management, partnership negotiations, board development, board governance, and delivery results. Never one to shy from a challenge, Nora is passionate about learning and challenging others to reach for their best, making things happen and creating synergy out of chaos.
