As a trained, certified and experienced support centre manager, I have core competencies in information technologies service desk leadership for higher education. Success to me is defined when our team can meet customer expectations with efficiency and ease. Success is also achieved when our customers are empowered to resolve computing issues independently with the confidence that if they do need to contact us, we will be ready and available to assist. I am an individual who has successfully coupled team leadership, motivational and coaching skills with my experience in deskside services and service desk operations to lead a team of support professionals.
