Strong in financial modeling, budgets, cash forecasts, business valuations, acquisitions and audits. Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls and productivity improvements. Experience also includes an intimate knowledge of financial systems, incentive compensation and performance management and mergers and acquisitions, including integration management.
