Leading a Personalization team building a real-time personalization platform combining big data technologies and data science models. Everyday, we collect hundreds of millions of consumer events (search, page view, ... ), build a summary view of each user in real-time, infer various dimensional preference (location, price range, home attributes, ... ) using data science models, and provides personalization basis for our various consumer platforms such as web, native apps, email/push notification. Enjoying the brand new project started less than a year ago from scratch by a handful of talented engineering team, and strongly supported by top management with high visibility.
