Ingenieur / MSc in Chemical Engineering, Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands. Certified Radiation Officer Level 3. Career started in Process Engineering. Experience gained in all phases of several mid-size and large capital projects in mainly Chemicals and Utilities. Experience covers a variety of studies and projects for grass roots design and debottlenecking of, extension of and integration with existing systems. Very familiar with all project phases, ranging from early conceptual definition, economic evaluation (ROI, NPV), application for expenditures, basic design, detailed design, procurement and construction management. Special assignments to construction sites for commissioning and start-up support. After performing subsequent Engineering roles for a number of years, moved to the Project Management discipline. As Project Manager experience gained in managing multi-disciplinary taskforces and responsible for engineering, procurement, construction and start-up of a range of mid-size projects at Tronox Botlek. In order to broaden my technical/organisational experience joined the Maintenance department at Tronox. As Team Leader Maintenance responsible for all maintenance activities (civil, mechanical, rotating, E&I) and spare parts warehouse. Manager Technology for Tronox Botlek Facility from March 1st, 2011 - July 15th, 2013 and Member of the Leadership Team of the Tronox Botlek Facility. Manager Operations for Tronox Botlek Facility from July 15th, 2013 - November 15th, 2014 and Member of the Leadership Team of the Tronox Botlek Facility. Manager Maintenance and Engineering for Tronox Botlek Facility as of November 15th, 2014 and Member of the Leadership Team of the Tronox Botlek Facility.
