My real estate commercial property management career began in 1994. As with most property management professionals, I fell into this career which at the time was a growing field, especially for women. Starting out as an administrative associate, I wanted to learn everything - tenant relations, budgeting, OPX reconciliations, insurance, building operations, etc. I had several mentors that took me under their wing teaching me all aspects of commercial property management. In 1997, I became a commercial property manager for my first office building - 234 East Colorado in Pasadena, CA. Working at several different buildings/companies, I landed at Transwestern in 2000 as a Senior Property Manager. I had the opportunity to spread my wings and procure new business development which assisted in my promotion to Vice President and leading the Los Angeles Team in 2006. In 2012, I was promoted to Senior Vice President whereby I continue to be responsible for new business, the Los Angeles Regional Team, and national account manager for one of Transwestern's National Tier 1 Clients. I thoroughly enjoy commercial property management, striving for new challenges, and working closely with my clients and Transwestern Team to make all a success!
