Throughout more than 30 years in the industry, I’ve made it my mission to stay active in South Florida’s business community – to connect with and learn from good people in a variety of industries, and to pursue professional and philanthropic opportunities. These relationships enable me to be a stronger strategic partner and more knowledgeable market resource to institutional landlords that want to maximize occupancy and asset value, and to industrial and office tenants that want to optimize space and capital obligations. Through these relationships, I’ve enjoyed the privilege of becoming involved with a number of local organizations, including Miami Music Project and Make-A-Wish Southern Florida, to grant wishes, fulfill dreams and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
