Roberta Rosenblatt, SPHR-CA, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is a global human resource professional aligning HR strategy, solutions, services and programs with each organization’s business strategy. Roberta is currently the Director of Human Resources for Touro College & University System. Roberta had supported domestic & global organizations of all sizes and various fields. Roberta’s clients include organizations in the health care, engineering & architecture, IT, e-commerce, education, marine & insurance industries. As writer and facilitator of custom development programs, and with an understanding of today’s diverse multi-generational workforce challenges, Roberta delivers training that leads organizations and their employees towards success. A signature of Roberta’s training is the incorporation of MBTI in many programs. These sessions lead participants to a better understanding of self and of those they live and work with - proving both personal and professional value. Roberta teaches Human Resources domestically and internationally including the Preparation Courses for Human Resources Certifications: PHR/SPHR; CA: GPHR. She is a founding member of Baruch’s Human Resources Advisory Board. Roberta is SHRM's NYC Chapter's (HRNY) Chair of the Certification Committee. She served as the subject matter expert for the 2014 SHRM Learning System Workforce Planning and Employment module. Specialties: Roberta’s holds a Bachelors Degree from the New School and has completed Harvard Business School’s HR Executive Program. Roberta holds Certification in Psychological Type and is authorized to administer MBTI, FIRO-B® and TKI. Roberta administers other assessments that assist throughout the employee life cycle.
