In my current capacity as Corporate Purchasing Manager for TOTAL ’s MICE activities, I manage all procurement aspects of this category. Main focus lies in globalizing MICE spend wherever possible while maximizing savings opportunities, strategic sourcing, client satisfaction, and implementing best practices and solutions. Experience in this field dates back to former involvment in managing purchasing of business Travel & Entertaintment for the group with successful track records of leading complex negotiations and implementing on line expense and booking tools. Also, my former assignment in international business management within the Chemical branch of the group involved marketing & sales where I ran significant international projects.
