With a great team of 30+ amazing colleagues, we help the Branch to thrive in the digital world!as Head of the Digital Direction of TOTAL Marketing &Services, I reporting to the Strategy Marketing Research SVP.The digital direction is responsible for:-Defining and monitoring the Digital Strategy of the Branch, and managing the digital transformation program-assisting subsidiaries and central entities in constructing and monitoring their digital action plans-the watch and prospective analysis of economic models, techniques and stakeholders in the digital environment, -product ownership (strategy, built, deployment, run, evolution) of front and back end tools (CRM, apps, websites etc)-Controlling the use of digital resources and the enforcement of public communication rules by digital mediaWorldwide, the digital Direction also manages in conjunction with the areas and countries concerned, the contractual and financial relationships with financial institutions that acquire and/or issue payment means (cards, new ways of online payment) and specialized service providers for online means. I have a personal focus on looking for disruptive ideas and business models where our current businesses could move on : I have hence created the "start up factory" of TOTAL M&S, an internal start up studio.
