Carlos specializes in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & modeling, strategy development, financial analysis & reporting, presentations to key internal & external stakeholders, and anything else you can throw at him. Carlos has partnered with clients at every stage of development (e.g. start-up, high growth) to develop and execute specialized projects in financial design/optimization and investor relations tailored to the client’s key needs and opportunities. Carlos has led the Finance, FP&A and Investor Relations functions of a multi-billion dollar global company. He has played a vital role in several multi-million dollar M&A and equity/debt raising activities, financial roadshows, S-1 filings, financial systems implementations, and various other key senior management activities. Carlos is a bilingual (Spanish & English) alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology where he earned both his B.S in Finance and his MBA. He enjoys traveling and is an avid (some may say rabid) soccer and tennis fan.
