I love helping people with their technology needs. I strive to provide useful technology solutions, with good service to the the customer/employee. I know that this is not always the case in IT support services areas. I have been seen as a solution provider and designer of IT solutions. I know I set the tone for my team and elevating those that I interact with clients or my fellow employees. My understanding of people also makes me cutout for motivating and organizing diverse teams. I have had the enjoyment of seeing many of my employees grow and advance themselves. I have had very low turnover, and I strive to create a positive work environment. I am experienced in coaching, mentoring and development training programs to keep staff at the top of their game. People management is only a piece of the puzzle. I also bring an expertise of how to maximize operations and streamline processes. I put building collaborative cross-enterprise relationships first that enable leadership alignment and common vision to provide transparency across the organization. We all need to shape solutions that have significant positive impact on business unit performance. I have been involved in Wide Area Network design, IT Security, ITIL, IT compliance, auditing and budgeting within infrastructure operations. I have many years of directing call centers under my belt and this experience has helped me develop a vast understanding of what makes people tick, how to help and manage their concerns and de-escalate situations in a way that the client feels valued and understood. My goal is always to get the clients working and ultimately - customers satisfied.
