The trajectory of my 20-year career began in supply-chain related roles, such as purchasing manager, and was followed by positions in contract administration, negotiation, and management. My current role extends to the leadership of a B2B partnership network thousands strong and I have negotiated contracts up to 8 figures. One of the core themes found in each position I have held is my commitment to overcoming inefficiencies. Even in my staff-level positions, prior to being in management, I would hone in on where we could be more productive, rally others, and implement well-received solutions that led to greater efficiency, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall results. I am also quite adept at multi-tasking and successfully juggling multiple key priorities. And, I am frequently asked to lead or support new major projects or initiatives, such as several restructurings as well as systems implementations/integrations, including contract automation. As a leader, I see myself as a mentor to guide my team while fostering accountability and enhancing performance. My strength is in my ability to uncover the strengths of each individual member and motivate each one to work towards their full potential.
