I have been a leader in new ventures start-ups, as well as large, enterprise-wide programs, including a new start-up business within a Fortune 500 company, strategic sales programs, transformative legal & compliance systems, enterprise resource planning systems, and, most-ardently, customer relationship management systems. My experience in building an Enterprise Program Management Office has afforded me valuable experience in implementing corporate governance, program management, portfolio management, project management, and business architecture disciplines.I’m passionate about developing talent.
