I'm an energetic and passionate leader with 24 years TMT experience gained across a range of disciplines from Corporate Finance, Business Development, Start-up scaling, Joint Venture management, Channel Operations and Commercial Execution. 16 years in Board Director, Chief Financial Officer or Chief Commercial Officer roles. Authenticity, integrity, compassion and fun are at the heart of my beliefs and what I look for, and build, in the teams in which I work. I’ve spent a number of years working internationally in both start-up and more established businesses from Scandinavia to Israel and Hong Kong to Australia gaining valuable cultural and leadership experience. I've spent most of my senior career driving strategy and business growth in highly regulated and competitive markets. I fundamentally believe that to achieve long term sustainable growth you need to deliver a total clarity of brand purpose, have a deep knowledge of (and obsession for) your customers and combine it with a truly people centric organisation.
