Chef Thomas Keller visited Yountville, California in the early 1990's on a quest for a space to fulfill a longtime culinary dream: to establish a destination for fine French cuisine in the Napa Valley. In his travels, he came across a rustic two-story stone cottage. As he walked into the restaurant's quaint courtyard, he knew it was where he had headed throughout his career.
One of my favorite things to ask is, “What is the worst thing that can happen?” This principal means to me that no matter what happens that we need to take risks and enjoy life. As a leader in Finance and Accounting, I take calculated risks every day to grow the business and to develop my team to be future leaders. This is what is rewarding to me about what I do, seeing it pay off in the end. When I am not work, I love to spend time with family and friends, going to concerts, working on my physical health at the gym, or traveling to warm and exotic places.
