Zenith pays network contracted rates for services provided to injured workers when the services are provided by a network provider. Unless state law provides otherwise, network providers are required to provide all treatment for injured workers through the applicable network. This includes referrals to specialists and ancillary providers. If you would like to refer an injured worker that you are currently treating to another medical provider or facility, please contact the Zenith examiner assigned to the claim for approval.
