Zenith Insurance Company utilizes network arrangements to provide treatment for injured workers in many states. Zenith pays network contracted rates for services provided to injured workers when the services are provided by a network provider. Unless state law provides otherwise, network providers are required to provide all treatment for injured workers through the applicable network. This includes referrals to specialists and ancillary providers. If you would like to refer an injured worker that you are currently treating to another medical provider or facility, please contact the Zenith examiner assigned to the claim for approval. I have marketed all of my life... I have worked in the insurance industry since 1993. I graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in Radio / Television (Telecommunications). I began my career in claims and I have worked in a variety of positions since joining Zenith Insurance Company in 2003. Those positions include claims supervisor, assistant claims manager, territory marketing manager, AVP marketing manager, underwriting and underwriting manager. I am currently the AVP Regional Marketing Officer for Zenith Insurance Company, Fresno. My personal hobbies include: world travel, backpacking through Spain and Italy and social media. My family and I also like to spend our time at our vacation home in South Lake Tahoe.
