Position Summary Manages the day to day key systems used by the Leasing Sales, Collections, RSR and Operations teams; acts as liaison for the department with Odessa (LeaseWave); A2ZTech (LSS); and Williams & Stazzone (Lease Department insurance) and other vendors, as assigned; takes the lead in managing testing and recording results for system enhancements, error resolution, and interfaces; provides LeaseWave training; serves as key member of the Acquisition team for purchase of asset portfolios and leasing companies; provides support to Finance for trouble shooting reconciling items and daily operations; contributes to efficiency development related to systems and processes; serves as resource for Management for monthly budget and financial review. This is a highly visible position requiring the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and execute assigned responsibilities.
