The poultry stores may sell live poultry, slaughter and clean poultry for their own account, and sell dressed fowls, or sell fowls cleaned and dressed by others.
Successful Retail Executive with experience at the Regional Director level with mayor national brands. Extensive record directing all strategies required to exceed corporate goals including top line sales and profit objectives, leadership development and coaching, training design, delivery and facilitation, change management, merchandising, field leadership acquisition, management and development, asset protection and total store operations. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build a high performing culture through strategic focus with an emphasis in talent investment and development. Fluent in English and Spanish.
