Throughout my career I’ve held increasingly senior roles in marketing, social media, communications and consulting and have learned a lot about making connections with customers and employees. I loved the challenge of applying that learning to building Social at TD. My new role is focused on improving the customer experience through a focus on the future - understanding emerging consumer trends and driving innovation in our customer journeys. As an innovative marketer and social media leader, TD is an exciting place to work – especially with 90,000 employees connecting and collaborating via our leading-edge enterprise social media platform. Externally, we’re harnessing the capabilities of social and digital to launch programs that create legendary experiences for our customers, whether it’s daily 18 hour service via Twitter, real-time access to financial advice or rich content that sparks engagement. You can frequently find me sharing my experiences and learning about those of others as a speaker at conferences around North America including IBM Connect, Blogwell, CMA and American Banker.
