Improving and developing HR systems with 10+ years of Project Management experience inform implementation of Leadership & Management Trainings, Orientation & Onboarding Programs, and diagnosing Retention Strategies of companies across North America and Asia. With my passion for group dynamics, mediation, and feedback systems, I facilitate focus groups, leadership strategy meetings, and innovative brainstorming sessions to bring every organization an opportunity to level up. Through redesigns of Orientation, Onboarding, and Management practices, we increased associate retention by 100%, focusing on learning and visioning together. Previously, I worked in healthcare developing tools, standard operating procedures, and systems to streamline management of hundreds of oncology patients on over 30 clinical trials.
