My passion is building high performing teams that solve problems and surpass goals. From developing a transformation strategy, launching a new product, or solving a difficult process, I enjoy finding the right people and solution to exceed expectations. I am currently a high-performing leader at Ericsson (the world's leading provider of telecom solutions), serving as the Director and Head of Business Development for Digital Business Systems (IT and Cloud). I am responsible for leading a team that drives key strategy and marketing initiatives/programs and customer engagements throughout North America. I specialize in the creation and implementation of new business strategies and frameworks, executing organizational change, business modeling and analysis, and innovating solutions. My goal is to be a thought leader in the areas that I work in, and love to be a frequent presenter at conferences and meetings. As a graduate from Boston University with an MBA in Strategy and a Masters in Information Systems, I thrive on the business challenges created where technology and business intersect. Outside of work, I am passionate about serving our community. I currently have the opportunity to serve as the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Black Tie Dinner, the largest LGBT fundraising event in the country, having raised over $21 million.
