As VP of Marketing & Consumer Insights for Symrise, it is my passion to engage with our customers innovatively, thoughtfully and strategically. Simply stated, I lead the Symrise Flavor Marketing initiatives in North America, both traditional and digital. In addition to leadership, my role includes so much more; I provide marketing vision, empower my team to try new approaches, facilitate learning through coaching and good feedback and build strong relationships with my team and customers alike. Through effective communication, focused leadership and creativity, we are providing business opportunities, driving brand awareness and accelerating growth for our customers. Throughout my career, I have worked internationally to cultivate strong knowledge of the food & beverage industry, its business challenges, trends and consumer needs. I have been recognized as forward thinking, providing pragmatic creativity and a strategic approach to marketing, integrated marketing, content marketing and product marketing.
