Stef Medland is currently senior IT Manager at SWIFT. Together with his team ( > 80 FTE, permanent staff, contractors and professional services) of business analysts, design and development experts Stef is responsible for the implementation and automation of the processes and operations related to Order-To-Cash and Order-To-Activation of all SWIFT's products and services. He is responsible for the e-channel ordering applications development team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Currently he is also building an SAP implementation team based in Kuala Lumpur. Stef has more than 25 years of experience in Telecom Project Management, Provisioning Operations, Business Analysis and IT Development. Before joining SWIFT , Stef worked as program director at BT and with KBC as project manager: Stef Medland holds a Masters degree in Applied Economics ( Free University Brussels- cum laude), an IT Bachelor's degree ( Leuven) and a degree in Financial Transaction Services ( Solvay Brussels).
