I have extensive experience in product management, genomics, diagnostics, and informatics. I spent eight years at the Broad Institute first managing a team that worked on the finishing of the human genome project then transitioning to work on developing and scaling prototype next generation sequencing (NGS) technology to genome center production. I took the experience gained at the Broad and founded, SeqWise, an NGS consulting company that provided technology, informatics, and marketing consulting to pharmaceuticals, academic centers, and startups. Later I joined GenomeQuest, an informatics company where I was Director of Clinical Strategy and led product management and market strategy on their clinical genetics product. Prior to joining Sunquest, I was the Product Director for Neurology at Quest Diagnostics where I oversaw Quest’s national neurology diagnostic testing product portfolio that included routine testing, biochemical genetics, cytogenetics, and advanced molecular genetics and immunology. Focusing on innovation, I also pioneered and launched Quest’s first digital diagnostic test. I hold an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a MS in Bioinformatics from Brandeis University, and a BS in Biology from Binghamton University.
