I am a results-driven global heathcare management consultant with extensive experience in global commercialization, process and sales improvement for Fortune 500 healthcare companies: • I serve as the primary marketing contact for pharmaceutical partners to establish cross-functional commercialization activities. I strategically lead all marketing activities related to the launch of companion PD-LI diagnostic assays, and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), two of the newest biomarkers driving future immunothereapy options on the market. • I led pharma commercialization activities to bring Class I through Class III registrational drugs to market; including budget impact models and value propositions to optimize reimbursement levels globally and in key growth market countries. • I manage assay product development to support the diagnostic identification of patient populations for immunotherapy drug options, driving early adoption of new assays. • I provide product management oversight to support "to market" and "on market" activities and positioning for life cycle of diagnostic assay or portfolio management of disease state assay panel development. • I collaborated with international and national sales divisions to produce over $25M in U.S. sales for all Ventana technology solutions. • I directed marketing and communications efforts for content development and publication of 15 company white papers, 20 industry conference presentations and facilitation of eight continuing education courses for the National Society of Histotechnology.
