In my current role, I manage the team supporting UC and Contact Centre infrastructure projects. Working closely with Architecture, Operations and business teams, we provide technology planning, design, and implementation of services supporting Sun Life's global business units. Prior to this I've worked in enterprise and solution architecture roles, primarily supporting contact centre / CRM services. Prior to this: - Two years as a solution architect for a BPO organization - Started a systems integration business providing consulting and solutions, included Pitney Bowes, Ford, GSK and Manpower - Managed the voice and data networks and the call centre solutions team at Hudson's Bay.
