Larry Gilson is an accomplished and dedicated technology professional with over 20 years of experience that strives for excellence. After graduating from Norwich University with a BSEE, Larry worked in the Defense Industry as an electrical engineer in the area of weapon system analysis and reverse engineering. Larry eventually left Defense to broaden his experience and eventually anchored in delivering technology services to a variety of companies in different industries, sizes, and maturity. Larry has worked for Summit Partners over the past 10 years in a dual management and engineering capacity and enjoys bridging new technologies and services to meet evolving business needs.Larry is recognized for an ability to digest many environmental variables to resolve problems and design solutions including: tactical and strategic considerations, regulatory requirements, business goals and requirements, cost, geographic concerns, support and maintenance, and human interaction. He has a proven record of educating and leading individuals and teams.
