I have been in the Automotive business for almost 25 years. I have worked for GM, Mitsubishi, and Subaru. I have also worked at retailers for approximately 3 years as part of either career pathing for the OEM's or in between assignments. I have a wealth of experience in F&I processes, retailer development, marketing, and internet lead response management. I have a BA in Finance/Economics and a Master's Degree in Information Systems. I have combined my education and background to succeed in assisting Subaru to achieve record internet close rates on leads in 2014 recording a 50% improvement in 2 years (12% to 18%). I have been managing and developing a detailed set of processes that on an enterprise level will assist retailers in increasing their success with internet leads and make the most of their digital opportunities.
