Manage the owner/customer relationship marketing for Subaru of America. This includes all print and electronic communications - Drive and Drive Performance Magazine, monthly Insider e-newsletter, regional and national emails and more - and owner benefit programs to increase owner loyalty and advocacy such as our Badge of Ownership program. Most recently I'm managing a new Digital Showroom merchandising tool for our dealerships that was introduced to replace the current Vehicle Information Centers. National rollout of this tool will happen in May. AAA was my career for 18 years. I have held various marketing positions throughout my AAA career working in Long Island, NY, Voorhees, NJ and Wilmington, DE. Specialties: New member/owner/customer acquisition and retention are my specialities as I have worked in a membership/affiinity organization (AAA) for 18 years and more recently in relationship marketing for an automotive manufacturer (Subaru).
