He well versed in the use of complex computer analysis and 3-D project documentation. He has worked closely with many renowned architects to develop structural designs that accommodate the building’s function and aesthetic within the practical considerations of construction techniques and project budget. Since Superstorm Sandy Mr. Cerino has been involved with over 90 recovery and resilience projects totaling over $3B in construction value in the New York metropolitan area.
