Directly responsible for the comprehensive management of the donor database (Raiser's Edge). This includes ensuring that the database is correctly organized, managed and utilized, all gifts are processed and all information is inputted according to standards and procedures and reports are generated as needed for all areas of the organization's operations and general office management. Reports to the President, and supports the activities of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association. Designed and implemented a training program for all staff on all aspects of Raiser's Edge database. Produced and manages a master training calendar that can be populated by other staff members on additional training topics. Training includes baseline training for all staff, pipeline training for certain positions, and specified training for individual events or efforts.
